The department is a postgraduate development base for physicians and for YSMU pediatric anesthesiology and intensive care clinical residents. The FAR program allows pediatric anesthesiologists to train in “Arabkir” MC and master in following skills; 

• Management of the Difficult Airway in Pediatrics

• Management of regional anesthesia in Pediatrics 

• Peripheral nerve blocks 

• Placement of central venous catheters 

Effective approaches to overcome the postoperative pain and complications have been developed.
