If patients prefer to be admitted to the medical complex without a referral or the medical service is not included in state programs and is not compensated, they or their relatives must pay for medical care and services.  

For patient registration it is necessary to present an ID card. Payment for medical services is made either in cash or non-cash form at the counter, after which a cash receipt is given to the payer.
